	Dentist Alfred dela Cruz, D.D.S. Dr. dela Cruz is a graduate of the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Physiology from San Francisco State University. Since earning his Doctorate degree in dentistry, Dr. dela Cruz has practiced in a number of private practices in the bay area from Salinas to Modesto. His practice philosophy encompasses providing a “dental experience.” Dr. dela Cruz has a conservative and preventative approach when recommending any dental treatment. Staying abreast of the latest in dental technology, Dr. dela Cruz is proud to have in his office an intra-oral camera, low radiation digital x-rays, the WAND, and a DEKA laser, in order to provide quality dental care. Dr. dela Cruz is especially proud of his electric hand piece, which performs more slowly, yet more powerfully and very quietly, unlike the commonly used air-driven variety with its characteristic whine.
	Registered Dental Assistant Caryl Woodford-Petersen Caryl is the lead registered assistant of the practice. Caryl has over 10 years of dental experience working in oral surgery, endodontics, and other private practice offices in the bay area. She works closely with Dr. dela Cruz to help with your individualized dental treatment. Her goal is to help ensure that your dental visit with us is comfortable.
	Patient Care and Treatment Coordinator Priscilla Perez Priscilla is the Patient Care and Treatment Coordinator of the practice. Priscilla has been in the dental industry for several years with experience in financial coordinating, insurance billing, and dental assisting. She is here to happily answer your calls and to help answer any questions that you may have regarding the financial (insurance or non-insurance) and the scheduling aspects of your individual treatment plan. Her goal is to help ensure that your dental visit with us is comfortable and to help coordinate patient finances to help patients get the dental treatment they need.
	Senior Insurance Specialist and Patient Accounts Manager Liz Smith Liz is the Senior Insurance Specialist and Patient Accounts Manager of the practice. Her background includes a Bachelors in Interior Design and Minor in Retail Management from San Francisco State University. Her dental experience includes providing the finest customer service, financial coordinating and insurance billing. She currently coordinates the reimbursement of insurance payments for dental services performed and oversees patient accounts. Her goal is to help ensure that dental treatment, reimbursable by dental insurance or dental insurance administrators, is accurate and timely. Liz can be reached at (925) 973-0272.
	Office Manager Leslie dela Cruz, PharmD Leslie is the Practice Administrator of the practice. With a doctorate degree in clinical pharmacy from UCSF and having worked in the patient care industry herself as a clinical pharmacist at Stanford Hospital & Clinics, she has an understanding of the clinical necessity of a healthy mouth and how that translates into an overall healthy body. Her goal is to help oversee the flow of the office and to ensure that your questions whether clinical or financial in nature are addressed.
